We aim to post all orders same day if placed Monday - Friday before noon. Despite achieving big things, we're a still a small team. So we always do our best to get your orders out, and are situated directly accross from a post office for easy dispatch. However, with royal mail delays, and other unavoidable issues, sometimes there are delays. We're not amazon, and cannot guarantee same day dispatch or the delivery time provided by our delivery partners.

We are based in the UK. So if you are ordering from within the UK you won't receive import duties. However, if you are from outside of the UK, then this will depend from country to country with local laws/ regulations. 

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival for unopened products. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless you can drop it in to one of our shops, or partner stores. Yes. We have put our relevant products through the FSA Novel foods list, and all cosmetics products have been through safety assessment processes. We produce our own products in our custom built labs, and have our source CBD tested at source, as well as third party tested in it's final product form.
