Yes absolutely. The extract that we use in our products is tested at the source for heavy metals/ pesticides as well as a full panel potency profile including terpenes and other minor cannabinoids. 

Then we also test our end products to ensure that our formulations are correct hitting our target potency. 

We have our own skin sensitivities so this is something we are concious of when developing our products. Having said that, everyone is different, so we always recommend testing a small amount on your skin before full application to be sure! 

That's entirely up to you, you can achieve the same experience using both strengths simply by using more of the 300mg VS the 900mg to achieve the same dose and so forth.
