THE ENTOURAGE EFFECT
The entourage effect is a proposed mechanism by which cannabis compounds other than tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) act synergistically with one another modulate the overall effects of the plant. Whether that be other cannabinoids such as CBG/CBN, Flavonoids or Terpenes.

So in countries where the full cannabis plant can be used legally, patients opt for specific strains depending on their needs. There are literally thousands of different cannabis strains that have been found and created going far back into history.
