How to use CBD Oil Drops
This will depend on your needs, but for most you will likely use between 1 and 3 doses a day.
To help turn off at the end of the day and promote healthier sleep we recommend taking 4 drops by holding them under your tongue roughly 30 minutes prior to bed. Hold these there for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. Try this for a few days, and if needed increase slowly.
For use during the day we recommend starting with two drops, with most taking it with breakfast and/ or lunch. 1 Single drop contains roughly 5mg.
