I have a tendency to not trust updates, as with other devices/ software packages i've found updates can cause more harm than good initially. However don't make the same mistake as me and make sure you update it/ check for updates regularly! With the Venty out the box it's important to make sure you're up to date to help prevent the E04 in the first place!
